Ryan's take on Nama babysitting.

Nama puts me in stations. This one is the Baby Einstein Bach. My other ones are tummy time, swing, and jumpy seat while she is working in the kitchen. And my favorite is Nama's arms. But we can't take a picture of that unless Mom's home. Maybe when it stops raining we'll go for a walk in my stroller. We are going to meet up with Abby's grandma next week and have a play day.
Now this Baby Einstein video is GOOD!

O gosh, here we go again. Why I'm not sure, but mom gave Nama instructions to do tummy time. My legs are plenty strong, see I'm trying to crawl, it's my arms that need muscles so this is supposed to do it.

Hi Mr. Sunshine, I'm doing my tummy time exercises.

Nama, is it time to go in your arms now!

Rain, Rain, and More Rain

Jessica and Ryan dashing for the car and I'm with the cart full of food. Ryan got the umbrella and we got wet. But it was fun. We did manage to laugh. It's become a part of our summer. No one is tan. But we are well hydrated.
How unusual, it's raining and Jessica and I are shopping at Costco. I had to get my Pretzel Chips. Come rain or shine, they had to be mine. The other day it was HEB. See Ryan under the umbrella and our food getting wet?

This is the bridge I go over as I leave my neighborhood. Good thing we have a bridge. Our new saying in San Antonio is Turn around, Don't drown! Trust me, we all are. It's like the year 2002.

Tomatoes are really no good. We only had one or one and a half good batches. They are soft mushy and full of water.

Look closely and you'll see the puddles. There is no where for the rain to go so it just sits where ever it's low and makes little ponds all over our back yard.

It's raining and it's dark. I think it's day 45 of rain. Probably more.

Driving into the parking lot of the Loft.

Front of the Loft.

Front door of Loft. So welcoming, and when you open the door you are greeted with smiles and great coffee and Jenny's precious smile. Along with all the other workers there.

Belgium Waffle Bar. Every Sat. morning they have Belgium Waffles made fresh and served until noon.

Part of the waffle bar station. And the Book Store.

Jenny making a special coffee drink. Probably saying, "O mom is at it again, just like the first days of school. PICTURE TIME.

Auntie Jenny having a Ryan moment. He loves his Auntie.

Back porch of the Loft. Wonderful and relaxing. In the summer, Friday nights they have a band playing outside.

Mom's moments with two of her girls. I'm so blessed.

Yes I'm blessed indeed.

Got another buddy that joined grandma land. Well actually she keeps joining. Cynde is holding Ryan and I'm holding Gibson. I'm thinking of buying stock in Babies R Us with all the babies being born.

Baby sitting for Ryan and keeping a watch out for the twin raccoons that live in the tree.
I'm helping Ryan see the raccoons in the back yard.

Now don't you think Mattie Sue wants to come back to TEXAS?
