On the road again.
the long road...............
This is what we saw and had to put up with a good part of the way.
The sky's were almost as busy as the road.

Chesley and Maddie driving to Ohio.
Zonked out!
Chesley and I loved the tunnel like feeling of this rode.
Trucks, trucks, we saw thousands of trucks.
This is the life on vacation with Chesley May.
She found it! I knew she saw me put her treats in the blue bag.

Nice hotel!! Yummy burger! Too cute of the dog looking into the treat bag! I bed you thought for one second....'lets go back and get the Welcome to Ohio sign for the blog.'
almost there!!!
I think Dad was sad I didn't get it. Especially since I was back seat driving and he was trying to get in position for a good picture. But it was raining and I was nervous. If I had kept my mouth shut I'd have gotten it. It's hard work back seat driving for ten hours. :)
PS see you guys sunday. Can't wait.
Was dad really driving at 10 and 2 or did he just pose for the picture! This whole post cracked me up... brought back memories of traveling...take out dogs and insert kids. Stacy, I had the same thought..."I know mom wanted to turn around for the good blog opp!"
No jenny, he drove for 10 hours for two days. haha.
Ya it's different without kids. No one talks. Miss having you all along.
Fun, fun!!! That first picture of Maddie cracks me UP! So hilarious.
Glad y'all made it to Ohio! Give everyone lots of hugs and kisses.
Stacy, totally....
Mom, do you miss me saying "mom, stacy's skin is touching mine?"
On the road again...just can't wait to get on the road again..lalalalalalala
so fun...
Of course dad was 10 and 2!
TOO FUNNY!
Memories!!!
hahaha that's right. He was 10 and 2. I just got it. But he said he did that because he was driving in the rain otherwise he's usually one hand. :)
Glad he clarified. ;)
Cracking up at these pictures, funny that the dog was misbehaving and you thought it was cute and took a picture - when Jessica was screaming that Stacy's skin was touching hers, I suspect you did not pull out your camera to take a picture (can you imagine if there were blogs when we were kids??? You'd have awesome pictures of broken antiques from the nights I came over)!
Enjoying the journey, and for what it's worth, we almost turned around on our trip to take a picture of the "Welcome to Oregon" sign. :)
