Grandma Dotty's house.

My brother and sister in law and their kids (except Katie) come to grandma's house and we all had a picnic. The kids had a blast and undoubtedly have memories for a lifetime. O the quotes I could have listed would have taken forever. Thank you all for coming and spending your time driving and getting here to see us. We do appreciate it so much.
Old McDonald's chicken nuggets happy meals for the kids. We all had fried chicken and salads.
I have so many pictures of the kids under the huge pine trees. They are collecting bugs and were having the time of their lives. Click on the picture. I wish I could have posted them all. Or posted the conversation. That was priceless.

This is a Key Lime Cake made by Stacy Pierce. Thanks Stacy, it was very good and am hoping for the recipe. We missed you so much. (They had a tree the fell on their house the night before our get together so she stayed home waiting for the tree trimmer and Jason came with the kids.

Lucy and Mattie Sue. What little girl doesn't love hanging out with the older cousin?

Liz, the newest addition to our family. You are a cutie Elizabeth.

All the kids from my brothers and my family. Right to Left: Liz, Karrington, Noah/Malyn (Noah is older but Malyn wanted to stand next to AJ) Anderson, Mattie Sue, Joe, Harrison, Lucy. What a bunch of darling children.

Couple of pulls of the strings and a couple of hits with their fists and the candy poured out like water from a sprinkling can.

Mattie Sue loved walking Lady, Dad, maybe a dog someday. She sure likes them.

Care Bear Pierce. What a cutie!

After the Pinata (which had squirt guns in it along with candy and other toys) the kids attacked Pop. They got him good and wet.

The daily walk with the dogs. Mattie Sue and Poppy walked the dogs by the high school or around the block etc. Looks like they are deciding which way to go.

This is the Mattie Sue version of whatever game she happens to be thinking of at the moment. Turned out to be really fun. But then I'm the Nama and I love everything they do.
Grandma Dotty can do anything we can do. She is fast on that motorcycle...

Poppy is the best. The girls coloring buddy. Chesley also introduced Harvey to the girls. You know the invisible rabbit. They love him and we are always talking to him and taking him everywhere.

Seriously... a purse, and totally in the cowboy bull riding mode. I was so concerned about the loud crack I just heard and the fact that the beam is separating from the metal bolts.

Cowboy!!! ??? Seriously?

The Cold Rush for hot dogs and ice cream after a fun time at the park.
A bird fell out of the nest and with a cat living close by... well it just didn't have a chance! So RIP little birdie.

The nightly gathering and chit chats we had. Ya got to love these kind of nights! They are the best.

The Russian Dolls from Auntie Jenny. The girls have had so much fun with them.
A bug that prays - or a praying mattress - or is it a Praying Mantas?

Grandma Dotty swinging with us. You're never to young to have fun.

The Four Generations picture.

Playing with Noah's Ark with Grandma Dotty.

Second dinner cooked by Stacy. First night: Baked Rosemary Chicken and second night: Lasagna. Thanks Stacy. You're a great cook.

Bye Grandma Dotty. We had so much fun. We love you.
