New Back Yard

I walked out into the back yard and found it all gone. Chesley and the yard guys decided to take it all up since there were lots of bare spots. Grub worms I guess. ?? The dogs were like, "what the heck did you do with all the familiar smells. They ran around and around looking for something they recognized. It was so funny.

All ready for the new grass to be laid.
Watched the whole project and supervised everyone. I'm sure they were loving him watching over every move they made.
All done. Sorry bad picture with the shadows of the tree's that are causing all the dusty pollen. But soon enough the yard will be free of the pollen and we will have nice soft grass for the grand kids to play on. The California kids will love it. Malyn stepped on the grass when she was here and looked up at me and just laughed and smiled. Then took her feet off and then back on and laughed again. I think Ryan will love the feel of this grass under his little tender feet.

Oh, do you think Chesley (aka Mr. Pam) will come manage such an effort in our back yard? It's a disaster. We walk out there and come back in shaking our heads. Your yard looks beautiful! Perfect timing for summer.

The finished product looks great! You look great too, Chesley! Are those tomato plants I see in that garden back there? Joe and I got adventuresome and planted one tomato plant in a pot this year.
