8 hours packed full of fun and this is only day one.

We started off with the all famous, In and Out Burgers right after picking me up from the airport. Then it was home and open the suit case full of fun gifts for the kids. I got Malyn a bug collector light cage with plastic bugs so they thought it would be funny to put the bugs all over me. (they are plastic)
Malyn: I know you are thinking that Nama is JUST Your Nama but I've got news for you... she's mine and Ryans Nama. So give her over. Besides the bugs and the book about crickets are from Nama to ME. Nama's room. Mattie Sue will be sleeping with me on the trundle bed. It's all ready with books and dolls and other toys. AND if you look closely you will see an envelope that says Nama (written by Mattie Sue herself) with a bracelet, handmade by Mattie Sue.
No grass growing under our feet, after naps we were off to the Manhatten Beach mall. Here we are throwing coins into the fountain.
No need to make a play house or other fancy toys. Just go to Pottery Barn Kids and you have all the toys at your fingertips.
This is a project we will copy and spruce up the girls room with doing the curtains like this. I'll post the project we'll be working on this weekend.
This is Malyn (in Pottery Barn Kids) and she spotted some turtles and got the stool and climbed up and took them all out of the bucket and ...
put them on the floor to play with. She sat down and played and told me they were in the down in the sea. *note to grandma Dotty, check out those muscles in her legs.
Then we went home and pulled out all the princes, ballerina, etc. dress ups.
Date night. I told Stacy and Boo to go out to eat or a movie or both while Boo was still here and they had a free babysitter.. Soooooooooooooo
WHILE THE PARENTS ARE AWAY... THE KIDS AND NAMA WILL PLAY!!!
Above is us playing dolls. I got the big Tink doll and they got the little figurine's of Ariel and Snow White. That is fine I was just honored that I got to be a part of the fun play. Below are two little monkeys jumping on the bed....
One little monkey was catching butterflies

And one fell down and then there were no little monkeys jumping on the bed.
Cause the parents came home.
Stay tuned for tomorrow's fun.
