Girls Day Out for Jessica's birthday.....

We started the day out with breakfast at Magnolia Pancake Haus. Rod, Ryan, Chesley, Pam, Jenny and Jessica. (Arnolds were missed)
Dad's treat for both of the birthday girls!

Rod left to buy a phone and go back to work, Ryan was dropped off at day care and Chesley went to work. That left the girls (only Stacy missing) and we were off for a day only girls would appreciate. (Make-up, shoes, and home decor then O gee it was time for lunch..................
Jenny is the make-up pro so we took lessons in the make-up department. We all left with new and old make-up after having fun trying out all the different colors. Jessica looked beautiful, I looked like a clown but we tried many colors on my face....

On to the shoe store. Birthday girl wanted shoes so we tried ALL kinds of shoe types on and let Jessica be our guide as she is the fashion conjure in the group. Jenny and I followed her lead....

High shoes, low shoes......

and way out shoes. Jenny said, maybe someone designed these and said lets just see if anyone buys these. We left with a pair of shower shoes for their dad.

Next was the home decor store. Jenny again back in the lead here. She is the decorator in the family. So we looked and looked......left with plates that say RYAN. But the girls left with ideas.

I don't know Jess, I love them each but not together.

O gosh all that shopping makes one hungry so we are off to Chuy's, birthday girls choice.

Our waiter brought Jessica dessert and honey. Don't know how to spell what these are..
Happy Birthday Jessica. What a fun day and more then anything else I thank you for wanting me to share your day. You are a precious daughter and God has blessed me a second time.
OK Now 35 years ago, I'll begin labor pains around 2am. Ready for number one daughter.

Mom, you are the best. Thank you for all of my gifts! I also think your blogging gets better and better with every post...and you were great in the begining! there is a professional blogger "big momma" it is soooo good. People pay her to advertise on her blog because so many people read it! You take great pictures that capture the moment perfectly! You too could be a professional blogger!!!
